Replacement is fairly easy if you have a floor jack. Simply place the jack under the engine oil pan with a board between (so you don't punch a hole in the pan...) and lift enough to take the weight off the mounts. Unbolt the mount (don't know whether there is a bolt through the top or from the bottom, you can see yourself, I'm sure) and them unbolt arm from engine. Install new arm, replace bolt in engine mount, and you are done.
