It's endemic. Everyone along this route has tale after tale of misdelivered mail. I even complained to the local postmaster...his response? "Well, there's no training Liz."
One sure thing: I never fail to get a call from the UPS man when he's dropping something off.
To coin a phrase: USPS customer service...epic. Fail. Let em die.

Well thats pretty pathetic...USPS mailmen/women get paid a good salary....so good in fact I was seriously considering becoming a mailman last year and bumping up my income a bit. Decided against it but it still wouldn't be a bad job IMO. You'd think people would be lining up to do it.
