Well, maybe I will consider the Sachs.

Next question, "while I am there" what else should I be looking at doing? I hear a lot about "dog bones". Are those easy to inspect? I don't have any looseness that I can detect while driving. I have heard a lot about lower control arm bushings. The only odd symptom I have is on prolonged significant braking I will get a pretty loud groan at the end. I would assume it is brakes but it doesn't sound like brakes. I am thinking maybe front shocks since the long braking causes the front to compress.
