Funny you mention it -- I am picking one up this weekend. For under $500 in parts, you can build a pretty nice target rifle, from my understanding. I just want one as a collector piece. K98's were once cheap and plentiful, too -- and available at the local hardware store in droves. I don't see Mosins getting any cheaper!
