BTW, it was Gore/Leiberman that Bush defeated in 2000, not K/E.
I did not have a high opinion of K/E also, but after Bush et al lied to us about the threat posed by Hussein, then said the dispatch of OBL wasn't important, there was no way I was going to return the incumbents to office. There were other issues were Bush totally screwed up.
"You're doing a great job Brownie" for example.

Well. Just in case I haven't expressed myself ---->
I didn't vote for the guy
I'm terribly concerned he's caused terrible damage
I wanted McCain to win that election (2000) (of the mainstream, front-runners)
Thanks for pointing out I mixed up my years and candidates
So given the 6 candidates that did run I would have preferred a Lieberman/Cheney or Lieberman/Gore or Lieberman/Kerry but the best would have been McCain/Lieberman
In terms of the after-math of 9-11 I did not mean the hours afterwards I meant the days, weeks and first couple of months
I never understood the appeal Bush had for the electorate going back to when he defeated Ann Richards
You don't have to list his gaffes to get me to say I don't know what he was doing there
