I have tested this bogus device many times on personal vehicles, and in automotive manufacturer research and development, results up to 100,000 miles = zero fuel savings.
Every automobile manufacturer in the world is constantly testing thousands of devices, especially with the hot OEM MPG battle that has been going on since the early 1970's.
If any of these units could pass SAE testing = prove MPG increase of 0.1% or more without damaging the vehicle, it would be installed at the factory.
The only reason to use a magnet in the fuel system is ferrous metal (rust contaminated fuel).
