Begging pardon, but Rev. Wright strikes me as about 20% as loony as some of the characters at Perry's event. I don't like Wright for a number of reasons - one thing that really rubbed me wrong was his regular thing of putting righteous indignation and bombast into his words while reading from notes. You never would have seen MLK doing that. He spoke from the top of his head, from his heart, letting the emotion rise when and where it would.

Wright is an ass but he's not completely insane.
