Why'd you move to Thailand? I love the food. I use holy basil, galanga, kaffir lime leaves, etc quite a bit in my cooking.
PS - In terms of my uncertainties in the world were I live even asking balanced questions can get one in trouble so it's a challenge.

I live in Singapore. Why did I move to this part of the world?
For the dark haired, physically small, doe-eyed,docile, willing woman of course.
My second choice would be Thailand though. Have travelled to ****et-BangKok-Chaing Mai-Chaing Rai.
For a Westener, there is something fascineateing about being greeted by the Thai people with their hands held palms together, and hearing the words.."Sa Di Kai".
The food is excellant as well. Altho, Traditional Asian food, prepared in the home country tastes nothing like that which is served in the States. As it is modified to suit Western taste buds.
