I am going to check and see if there a filter in the control valve. I will keep everybody posted. Thanks for all of the replies.

I just hate to spend the money and don't fix the problem. Some one suggested to me that I need to change the system to regular shocks and spring but I really don't want to do it. I want to keep the car original. Will see what happens.
