IF you have good tyres, and can get a good start (PRACTICE!!!), you will smoke him!

He doesn't really have the torque or power for his 4wd to give him much of an advantage, then above 10 mph it'll mean excess weight for him.

I'll say again though, PRACTICE your starts and gearchanging.

P.S. don't do it in the rain, the 4wd will give him a boost - in fact, be sure to choose a very sticky surface, pref. black tarmac on a hot day.
