As part of the repair to fix my emissions, I am replacing my o2 sensor as well as some vacuum line and other sundries.
When I got under the car to actually unscrew the sensor, it was not even finger tight. It wiggled in the bung , and I was able to unthread it with my fingers.
I've heard of o2 sensors being almost welded in, but not rattling in the bung.
Would this have any bearing on my test results, or just good fortune for me in being able to easily extract it?
