Old blower fan ran slow and intermittently. bought aftermarket blower motor and regulator. plugged it in and it lit up the dash board without the key in the ignition. OH, the fans runs at about 25% too. The replacement part is sold across most all websites and looks identical to the dealer part. what am I missing?
