I have a 2006 E 320 CDI---long story short it has the original battery . I was going to change it out with a new Optima red top and after placing the red top in the battery position found the positive cable was not long enough. Thinking I would wait and find a cable extender tomorrow I placed the old battery back in but did not connect it(big mistake). I closed the trunk lid but since it is electric and the battery is disconnected I can't open the lid--------I have read the manual and see no way to enter the trunk----------Is there a manual way to open the trunk? Help Help
