if metal key doesn't work (don't know why it wouldn't) see if your PSE pump is accessible in the cabin.

look for fitting labeled 'HECK'. remove hose connection CAREFULLY (heat slightly or remove T fitting).

take typical rubber baby snot syringe pump and puff air into the hose.
