Thanks for the repsone! the problem is I'm not 100% sure the numbers I am going to give you are the part number, as some of the numbering is gone.

The 6 prong relay box:

220 On side
5) Out 3600 RPM
4)ON 2000RPPM
5)HYST200 RPM
1)HYST150RPM

411.204/1/5 to the right is a missing numenr (possibly a serial #?)

8 Prong box:

220 410/203/1/10
