If you get the doors with power windows, your problem with door locks is half done already, since the locks will be there too.
What else you need is the vac tank from behind the wheel under the front fender (remove skirt behind wheel, tank has two bolts, top and bottom) and the plastic tubing between the doors, etc. This is where the tank is on the W115s, anyway -- someone will correct me if it is different on the W123s.
If you don't want to change doors, just grab all the associated hardware and plastic lines from a salvage yard.
The vac supply is connected to a blank nipple on the main hose between the vac pump and brake booster -- you will need to either drill a hole in the blank nipple, or get a replacement hose. You will need a check valve to put between the supply connection and the rest of the system so the vac will stay in the tank with the engine off.
