And IT probibly stalls in tall grass too. I noticed that sort of thing....I have a 6hp Murray that has trouble going through grass my VERY old Hechingers 3.5 HP mower has little trouble with (from before they required engine brakes). And both are push mowers. Its almost like HP figures on mowers is over inflated these days.
