Is there a website that offers this worldwide? Or here in the U.S.?

The last time I was in Manila was 1986-- traffic wasn't as bad then. I went to UP Manila from Ateneo and it took me 45 mins to 1hr . Is that the same deal now a days? Thanks for the help
