Keep in mind, that just because the car runs well, doesnt mean there isnt a fueling issue.
More fuel is injected based on manifold pressure. Perhaps this isnt functioning correctly. Also, are you aware if boost is being made at all?
Search this site for EGR delete thread for the 210. To deal with the electronic portion, 2 resistors are used to jumper two wires. Simple.
