Hi Bud:

If I was to change my timing chain cover, I would want to change the chain itself and the tensioner too. I don't know if you need to go that far. Also a valve cover gasket will be a good choice too. When I did my head gasket, I also did the valve seals. Motor uses a lot less oil now.
