Sorry! Affirmative action might possibly have had something to do with his educational opportunities, and given the time that he went to college, may very well have been a factor.
In private business, however, affirmative action will NOT get someone to the VP and CEO level. A person, whether black, white, male, female or spotted Kangaroo has to PERFORM to operate at that level.
I guess this would be difficult for liberal, closet racists, to understand.
