In the second post of this thread, Honus very wisely and accurately pointed out, in effect, that if it does not rise to criminal activity, that it would NOT be remembered as the other examples.

Nothing has yet come out to indicate criminal activity on the Solyndra case. NOW, however, it appears that the Fast & Furious fiasco WILL rise to criminal activity since after Eric Holder testified that he had only known about it for a few days emails have been found that prove of his knowledge many months earlier.

It will be interesting to compare the $4Million in fines and Arkansas disbarment that Slick Willy received for perjury, to what Eric Holder receives for punishment or if his boss is able to worm him out of trouble.
