Nothing has yet come out to indicate criminal activity on the Solyndra case. NOW, however, it appears that the Fast & Furious fiasco WILL rise to criminal activity since after Eric Holder testified that he had only known about it for a few days emails have been found that prove of his knowledge many months earlier.
It will be interesting to compare the $4Million in fines and Arkansas disbarment that Slick Willy received for perjury, to what Eric Holder receives for punishment or if his boss is able to worm him out of trouble.

All of this could have been avoided by govt minding it's own business, which it has shown ineptitude already instead trying to pick winners and losers. I don't know about you but I generally try to make sure my lawn is already mowed before weeding the neighbor's flowerbed.
