Compared to paying for congressmen to ride around in expensive transport and so forth this seems hardly anything to get excited about.

Coffee and rolls? Would corporate folks in the private sector have them at a meeting? If they felt like it. They also fly first class or in corporate jets if they can afford it and feel like it.

Would I do it? I probably would go more low key.
