Normally, I would agree with you. However, the one thing I keep hearing over and over from leaders of corporations is that they have money that could be used for expansion, but are afraid to act because the Congress is too indecisive regarding regulation, and taxation until they can see what that landscape will look like in the near future.
Also, there is a boat load of money over seas that could be employed in the US in ways that would create jobs, if Congress was willing to waive the tax penalties or at least some of them, if those dollars were brought into the coffers of the American companies to whom they belong. Our government is failing us in a huge way.
I would say that we should just vote everybody out, but who would we replace them with?
I believe that you are expressing the sentiments of our founding fathers, however, Bot. They seemed to think the less our government did, the better. They meddle in way too many areas of our lives now.
