I can see air bubbles traveling fast through the fuel line from the pre filter and the line that goes to the SOV(I think that is what its called. Car very hard to start initially but then starts when warm, engine misses on acceleration.

At first I was getting one P0200 code then two of these P0200 codes and now back to only one P0200 code.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I had to replace the intake manifold with the old gasket, could this cause this in any way?

The only way I initially got it started and I know it cant be good for the starter was engageing it for about 20 seconds and even when the engine seems to be started. It was the only way to initially keep it running.
