Weird, assuming this diagram is how they should be installed this is how I have them installed. However the lower part just hangs down about an inch below the underside of the lower mount, and that's with the top and bottom nuts cinched down as far as they go.

I'm wondering if perhaps I was sold the wrong shocks and the the rod on these are too long?
