1) Who are you going to get to work at your place without a criminal or some other bad history for the current minimum wage? That leaves bottom feeders and immigrants
2) Would you manage a store with all of the responsibilities that entail for 20k a year?
3) I can't answer this one. I've only been in there for their regular menu in the last 5 years out of desperation when traveling, and I usually regret it. Breakfast isn't as bad, but still maybe once every 3 months when I'm desperate.
