do you have the upgraded "fast glow plug system", if so it will stay on after you start the engine and will keep putting a draw on the battery till it's done (depends on temperature for some, other's have a set timeframe (90 sec. i believe). i have a built-in volt meter and it reads about 11-12v while the fast glow is active after starting
