US law is based on the decisions of individuals to create a constitution and legislate. It's a human created law. You seem to think that law is transcendent in some way, not based on human will and decisions, hence your opposition to homosexuality. Muslims think similarly. Law is not a human creation, it's a divine creation, inherent in the universe and independent of human will. Hence their opposition to homosexuality also.
