I am worried about you sticking your hand down into this thing...
EVEN WITH THE UNIT UNPLUGGED...
IF there is a big capacitor in there you could really get hurt....
Do you have any electrically experienced friends who could supervise this activity ? Or at least check it for dangerous components first ?
