After briefly going over the circuit board with my butane touch my amplifier has now shown signs of life. It works somewhat intermittently but at least it has a pulse! I only blanket covered the board with the torch unlike the original poster who hit each joint to the point of melting. I will try that later.

Maybe I should just throw the circuit board into the toaster oven and set it for 300+ degrees for 30 minutes? LOL!
