What jurisdiction would the NCAA have with this case? It has nothing to do with the athletic department. These are criminal charges perpetuated by a criminal. Penn State is doing what is in their power by firing everyone connected with the cover-up.

They do need to do an in-depth investigation, supply the courts with all of their findings and refuse legal support to all involved.
