Gov needs to get involved..find a way to help them make the stuff more potent...that way the junkies dont linger around for 8-15 years..give em a shelf life of 1-3 years doesnt sound like a bad idea to me.

Oh...and give the new, stronger stuff to pimps for free....project these parasites cleanly into the next demension for all I care.
