Hi Army, thanks for the welcome. No the foot wells are perfectly dry, so it could be an earth problem. Could you suggest how I check it out.

Thinking about it Army, there is a fog bulb gone in the back. It often gets wet there (in the boot, by the light casein) as I am often transporting buckets of water (I am a part time window cleaner) and sometimes they splash ect. Also i am having lots of trouble closing my boot, I need to slam it down a couple of times before it closes. (My central locking is not working, so i just put it down to that, another job on my list) Could the slamming have moved the earth, or the splashing of water, damaged the earth, even thought the other lights are all working.
