It is odd that you simply want to gloss over what happened and paint them in the light you choose. The facts are very simple. No illegal orders of any sort were given by the cops. My personal prejudice against cops aside, I cannot find that they gave illegal orders. The creeps knew what they were doing was wrong and defied LEGAL orders to disperse. You choose to call them peaceful protesters and glorify them. If they were peacefully assembled AND protesting withing the law, you would be right but what you refuse to see is the "AND" part of the equation. I suspect it is simply because of your refusal to see the situation in the light it is that you may glorify the actions of the creeps. To justify your point you bring in all kinds of absurd examples that are not relevant.
