relay is under the hood ,just to the right of brake booster , two rectangular looking boxes, one is the fuel pump relay other is the climate control relay , fuel pump relay has a number that starts with 003 545 25 05 , bridge 87 and 30 circuit and pumps should run, these are the 3rd pins if you lift relay and read designations, connect amp meter to make sure there within specs , the one relay supplys both pumps , sometimes 1 pump fails causing the other to work erratically dropping voltage etc.
