Motor mounts on a turbo W123 are a piece of cake compared to on a W124! It takes some creativity with extensions on the turbocharger side of the engine bay, but it's not that bad. Actually, replacing pretty much anything on a W123 is easier than on a 124 or 126 for that matter.
