Hey I wish I had your luck. Around March of this year, I was out riding my beloved Suzuki Katana 600. I was on a four lane road, going around a curve, when the lady next to me in a Taurus cut me off. If I didn't grab the brakes hard, I for sure would of been hit. All of this was to no avail though as I popped up in the turn, locked the rear, and lost control. The bike slid out from under me and we [the bike and I] slid into oncoming traffic. I slid about 30' and the bike slid about 40' before being hit by a van. I still have the scars to prove it. I have now found myself putting money into my newly aquired 240D instead of searching out a new bike. Maybe next year I'll get back into the saddle. The 240D may run better, but it just doesn't appeal to the ladies in the same way my old Katana did. Oh well, enough about motorcycles, this is a Mercedes forum...
