No offense, but how is your overall health? The ability to vigorously pump blood is a big (npi) part of a successful entry vehicle. I have yet to try any of the pills (59 y.o.) though I may adjust my attitude in 10 years or so.
Since an enhancement in health will also improve the willingness of prospective partners, I'd say that is the place to focus one's energies.
