Seems to be telling you your air temp sensor is bad, the one at the air filter. Maybe you can try cleaning it with some MAF spray, and checking with a DMM. Not sure what values you would be looking for. Cheap to replace if you need to.
With the fuel injectors, I interpret what you have posted to mean that one or more of the fuel injectors aren't working properly, and that the computer has compensated as far as it can for the faulty parts.
Fuel injectors are expensive for your car. I suggest testing them to see if they are electronically functioning. It may be that they are electronically OK, but one or more of them has some kind of blockage or something inside preventing a proper spray. The good news is the electronic type fuel injectors can be sent off somewhere and fully cleaned and flow tested for around $17 each. New injectors for the HFM M104 are around $80 each, ouch.
Has the wiring harness ever been replaced on this car? If not it's probably rotten, and any codes you retrieve can be false. I would not trust any diagnostic codes unless the engine wiring harness was known to be good. It will have you replacing parts all over the place unneccessarily.
