You have a common case of collapsed or stuck hydraulic lifters. One or more of them are making a racket. Nothing to worry about.
I have them too, they don't make noise every time I start the car, just depends on which valves end up where when I turn the engine off. Cold weather causes it to be more frequent as well. Noise goes away when the oil pressure comes up.
I haven't done anything about it, and if I could find out which ones were making noise I would change them sometime perhaps. However it's not a nuclear emergency at this moment. Been living with it for years, just replaced valve seals and the train looked like it was brand new so I'm not losing any sleep over it.
