One that I overlooked....
The drain plug. My mechanic crawled under the car and found fresh red ATF dripping from the drain plug.

He took it out and found the washer to be all messed up. A new drain plug, a new alu. washer, and 6 hours later the car has not leaked even a bit of ATF just like before.

Now onto the fuel line (no big deal I guess..)

I guess now that BMW can wait :p
