Wow ... what a question!
There are too many things to list here. I would suggest doing a forum search for OVP, and you'll see how many things affect the OVP.
OVP stands for over-voltage protection. I know that it has to do with idling and a host of other things. It's a fuse located in the back of your fuse box.
Again, doing a forum search will really help you out.
