Hi Supermike, the body acceleration sensor tells the traction system control module in which direction the weight is being transferred to ( think of it as which way you're coffee would spill while turning and accelerating/braking ). The steering angle sensor simply tells traction control how far the steering wheel is turned and in what direction. Keep in mind that just because codes ( DTC's ) were set for these items that they're not necessarily bad. Low battery voltage will set the steering angle sensor code. As far as the ADS ( adaptive damping system ) problem is concerned I doubt that the two sensors mentioned could cause the problem you've described.
