The trimmings are traditional Slavic--Baby Carrots in mustard/honey gravy, mashed potatoes, pierogies, kielbasa, cabbage and sweet corn soup, smoked ham, all which are incredible with the gravy on top of them. I think we had some beets and greens on top of it, my mom can really cook a fantastic meal
