Yesterday: pate de foie gras and home-made hors doeuvres, Tilapia and potato dumplings with mutliple marinated vegetables and a side dish of couscous with lime.
Today: more hors d'oeuvre, beef consomme with sherry, salmon with mix of spicy marinated vegetables and stuffed mushrooms; dessert was three cheeses: Brie, st Ysere and English sharp cheddar, followed by non-alcoholic cider and home-made chocolate mousse.
I did all the cooking (and the clean up).
