Ha, a costly lesson. I'm not so naive at this point.
My two cents? If you have an automatic climate control (from any year), never assume it will work 100% right for you. I've had to replace a ton of stuff on mine and I just found I have to replace something else! As luck would have it, I'll get everything fixed and multiple vacuum diaphragms will decide to poop the bed.
