Doing a once over of my ride and purchased the o-ring rubber gaskets for the tube that the oil filter screws into. After doing some research, looks like the fuel filter has those rings as well. Are these the same part number?

On a separate note, its been raining out. I decided to pop the hood to have a look and there was some water that made its way to the floor under the hood. How much is acceptable? Shoudl this be bone dry?
