I think it's tragic that a woman would feel that way but then I've never been in those shoes. After enough young women from influential families die from botched, amateur abortions, people with power decide to make safe abortions available. Then other people get upset about that, start talking about murder and the pendulum swings the other way.

The only issue is viability outside the womb as far as I see. Why? Simply because we cannot simply transfer the fetus to someone else. Fact is, the woman is the host for the organism. If she decides to stop playing host, it is her body. Similarly, I cannot force you to entertain someone you don't like so why should you be able to force that woman to continue hosting the fetus? If the fetus is viable, extract it and let it go on it's way. If it isn't, "Her house, her rules".
